On 5th March I received a call asking if I would like to try MYCOM Trading's cartidges. I explained that I hardly use colour, but would take a black cartidge. They accepted that and sent me a black cartidge. 2 months later they called again to say that I hadnt take the whole box - I was supposed to take black and colour, and they would now send me the colour. I explained I dont use colour, and no thank you. THEN they said I HAVE to take something, so they will offer me another black. I declined saying I have only just put this one in, and I want to see if it does last longer than my regular cartidge as promised. A few days later they called again, saying they will send it now payable end June, I said no thanks. I will call when I need it. Today Garth called me, and demanded that I accept the balance of my order. Accused me of not even giving an order number to him, and just using my name, which is not their policy and wouldnt let me get a word in edge ways. I told him I will call when I want a cartidge and they cannot send it when they want to! He then asked for my ID number so he can charge me for!! He said he will tie my phone up all day, and called me 6 times in a row!
