Trying to get us to pay for the Unnecessary

I contacted Spectacle Warehouse Hillfox this morning to order some contact lenses. I was told by Claudine that unfortunately I have to come in for a health check first. I told her I don't need the health check only the contact lenses. I told her that an Extra R160 out of pocket is not acceptable. She told me it was company policy to not supply lenses unless you get checked, I do not feel this is correct.
Really feel this is just a money making scheme, and if you do not want to have a check you don't NEED. I think the medical aids, would just be glad that not another R160 is taken off the savings.
Considering to sue them as this is discrimination over R160.
