Worst service ever!

We booked our family Christmas shoot with this company. This is our first Christmas with our little baby boy and we wanted to use the photo's for our Christmas card. I was promised that I will have all of my photos 2 weeks after the shoot. They also demanded full upfront payment before they start with any editing work. It has been a month later, I still have no idea when I will receive my photo's. No one responds to my e-mails and they always promise to call you back, which never happens.

This is the worst service ever and I will not recommend nor use this company ever again!
