No Customer Service

I phoned ABI to log a fault on my soda fountain this morning and the call centre lady was not very friendly at all. This specific problem was logged before and the technicians did not fix the fault properly. When I said to the lady that I need technician urgently at my store she just put me on hold and after 5 minutes dropped the call... Is this how ABI treat all their customers??
