In July 2012, I registered 2 of my family members on NBC funeral cover via NUMSA (my employer). Immediately my premium increased. On the 5th June 2013, one of the members passed and immediately submitted my claim with all required documents. A week later after submitting my claim, I found out that my claim could not be paid due to poor administration on the part of my employer who continued to deduct my premiums but yet they haven't submitted the names. On further investigation, I recently found out I was still paying for 2 family member who has passed on in 2002 and 2011. NUMSA and NBC are both reliable for the ordeal as they were receiving premiums (NBC) for people who has passed on as mentioned above.
I need answers and feed back regarding my claim. this however shouldn't be my problem but the person responsible for the poor administration. I demand that claim and would appreciate your help.
