Very bad customer service

We bought the Techno Save Power Saver (x 3) on the 18th December 2012 in the full amount of R11 397 - we already had do sent one panel back that was faulty via postal service on our own cost. This morning when I report that 2 of the 3 panels was not working at the customers service I had a very bad attitude from the customer service telling me that I must get a electrician out to find out what the problem is. There is absolute no help from their side and my wish is to return their staff because their is no service from their side.
