I contacted Econo Heat regarding certain technical aspects of their products both their sales and administrative divisions were extremely helpful. When I informed that a unit (5yearsold) had cracked they offered to deliver a replacement unit to my home due to a faulty panel. I am impressed with their service and attitude and wish more suppliers could adopt this attitude. Compliments to Econo Heat and Mariendo and Johan on their fantastic assistance
