Wheatbix taste funny

I phoned Bokomo foods longer than a month ago to tell them about the wheatbix that we bought from the Pick&pay in Brakpan. They said somebody from the compliants department would phone me.

About 3 weeks ago somebody phoned me to enquire if my wife recieved anything from Bokomo. Because she did not they said that they wil come back to her. As i have said its now longer than a month and no reply.
