I am writing with a disappointment due to the type of service I have received from Rapid Business Registrations. I applied 2 months back for a TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE for which I am still waiting.

Please may I be reimbursed my money as there is no progress. I AM TOO TIRED TO KEEP ON CALLING AND COMING TO YOUR OFFICES. FAITH WHOM I THOUGHT WOULD BE USEFUL, I AM TOLD SHE NOW WORKS WITH TENDERZONE AND NONDUMISO THE MANAGER IS ALSO NOT CALLING.

PLEASE RBR MAY I HAVE MY MONEY BACK I AM APPALLED BY YOUR "PASSING THE BUCK" ATTITUDE LADIES!!!

I GAVE ALL THE DOCS TO FAITH, MAY SHE PLEASE DO THE RIGHT AS SHE PROMISED!!!

SEEMS LIKE NO ONE JUST CARES ABOUT THEIR JOBS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY!!!

PLEASE CALL ME I AM NO GONNA LET THIS ISSUE COME TO REST IF YOUR HOPING FOR THAT!!!
