Message booked but no happy ending

Im married with a 1.5 yr old child so finding time for my wife and myself to do things alone together is tough. We both put in a days leave and planned a day to spoil ourselves. My wife booked the massages and we arrived at 9am sharp as booked. We were seated and waited for 20mins before we queried the long wait, Only to find out that one of the employees were involved in a accident and they wont be able to have our sessions at the same time. (meaning that one could be done and a hour later the next). we declined this and told the receptionist to call us once they have sorted out there schedules to check when they can accomodate us during that same day. 2 days later and noone called us. My wife then called back and spoke to the owner who was not very helpful and made up excses for there putrid service.

That being said i havent even had a massage yet and my customer experience is so negative that i wont be using the groupon voucher we purchased at all
