Solar Partner
Bad service - Solar geyser installation

Construction & Repair

We've only had problems with this company and feel it's by time we name and shame them.

We had a geyser installed in Dec 2010 and from October 2011 (10 months later) started having problems with water running down our roof and into the street. I called them to inform them of the problem, and it took them a whole year to come and just have a look at the problem. They decided to come out early in 2013 after informing me that I need to pay R950 to have a valve replaced because the geyser is out of the warranty period.

Two weeks ago, we started having the same problem with water running down the roof, but this time was more serious because we noticed that our electricity kept on tripping as well. After calling Solar Partner, we were informed that we need to pay a callout fee of R495 for them to have a look at the what the problem is. They want the money to be paid before they come out to your house. Solar Partner is quick to give amounts to be paid, but very slow to act to their customers needs. I am sick and tired of this company milking it's customers and not being there when they need them.
