CAB CO IS PATHETIC

I ordered a cab to collect my children from school today and the driver wasn't there when the kids came out. when i called into the call centre i was told that because there were 2 jacqui's that ordered a cab and one cancelled they didn't send the driver!!!
every time i've ordered a cab either the cab is late for pick up, or doesn't pitch or goes to the wrong address despite me giving clear directions and instructions.
Their service is pathetic!!!
