Last time our department uses them

I just visited QPhoto where I was charged for colour prints even though I printed grayscale plans. I then suggested if they 'had' to charge me for colour prints as I was told then I should have been told before the sale or at least been allowed to have them printed in colour since I was paying for it. The staff were rude and arrogant and failed to see my point. I then waited. For half an hour after having seen my plans were printed. The staff on duty were talking to each other instead. I have a deadline, as do many other people in the store.
