Using An Entire Colour Pencil In One Go

I purchased a pack of CNA 24 colour pencils a couple of months ago (end of January) only to find out that all the leads inside are broken. I just used an entire colour pencil in one go because every time I sharpened the crayon, the lead just kept breaking. I wasn't expecting amazing quality as they only cost R23 however, the box says "great value, great quality, great price" - and as far as I am concerned these are absolutely terrible quality. The colour pencils do not even colour properly and make the paper slippery making it difficult to even blend different colours together. Surely it is unacceptable to sell such bad quality goods even if they are cheap.
