Promise to repay us all the money

They promised to repay us our money that they deducted from our bank account from August 2012 to this year March 2013. The money haven't paid back yet, its been 3 month now since we spoken to them and promised to repay us. the money is for the contract we had with them for the laptop which in never worked and we return it back to them.
