Not keeping agreement as arranged

Its my secont time writing as arrangement and agreement we had with african bank that there will be no more deductions made from my account but they still take money from the account our agreemant was I would made a hand payment at the branch but no african bank still go to my account last time I hade to sell my TV and radio to repay someones money which I faid to get back from them african bank is the worse bank ever to bank with I regret and I will make sure other people know of they lake of communication and bad service they give to cutomers now please this has to stop I know I owe them and it is my responsibilty to repay my loan and their insurance is not helping at all instat they caharge a lot of intrest thnking in events of losing your job they will help they don't help I will contact SPEAK OUT very soon making everybody awear of this Bank
