Good day

Sometime last year this company fumigated for us and we were happy. in September the lady called us saying she wants to send people to do a check up, it's part of the 3 month warranty the follow up. We agreed, she sent the people over and when they got to our house thay fumigated again. mind you we didn't have ants, insects or anything that needed to be controlled, 2 we did not request or approve this. after that she called me asking how we're gonna settle the bill, i said what bill? she said for the service, told her she said they were going to check no one said anything about spraying the house and how can she spray without our permission. Told we can not pay for that as we were told it's a check up and it's part of the 3 month warranty why would they offer a service outside of that period and say it's part of it and also render an unrequested service she must own up and take responsibility for her mistake. Next thing they took us to their lawyers and saying we're tryna duck a bill. she sent a form that says 'check, quote and if approved do' of which no one in my house saw that form, was quoted for the service or approved it.
