To Whom it may concern,

I have been struggling since the beginning of April and have phoned once a week for a credit amount owing to be paid into my moms accounts. Up to date nothing has been paid in yet.
I have phoned again today and again spoken with Lucia and in turn told me that they did the payment on the 15.05.13 and that I should speak to Salome who was in a meeting at that moment I called. I then Asked her to call me back the same day as soon as Salome comes out of the meeting... which I'm still waiting for.

I have checked again today in my moms account if anything has been paid in and still nothing yet.
It has been over 2 months that we have been waiting on this credit and Im getting really annoyed and frustrated with the services of the accounts department.

I just hope this issue is sorted out soon!!!
