Don't use Cutters Edge

My friend lives in Pretoria and told me about a shop called Cutters Edge which she has used before. I live in the Northern Cape but contacted Cutters Edge via Facebook and later via sms and email. The owner, Richard Coetser, advised that I can order from them and they will courier their product to me in the Northern Cape. Having a friend in Pretoria who recommended them I thought it would be okay. However I placed my order, received their invoice, paid the invoice and now since beginning of May have not heard back from them at all. I've tried phoning them, emailing, sending sms's etc. and have not heard back from them. No delivery of my product and no contact from them. My friend just moved away from Pretoria to the Western Cape so I also can't ask her to go to the shop itself and check on the order for me. Needless to say I have probably been taken for a ride and will forfeit the money I paid for a product I will now not receive.
