Cutters Edge
After Payment, the supplier disappears!

I ordered custom made cookie cutters from Richard Coetser of Cutters Edge. I found his business of Google and he was very swift to reply to my enquiry. I ordered several cutters that I needed for specific orders of my own and he promised me the stars and the moon!

He was adamant that I had to make the payment first and I did just that. After payment, he disappeared! He does not respond to my emails or phone calls.

I find this utterly unacceptable!
