Charged for contents that I never subscribe

My billing for this month was R691 when I asked MTN I was told it was subcription for contents from Smart call which amount to R245.56 plus R87.17 next month. This was the first time I heard of this name I never subscribe with them nor receive service from them. So, please can Smart Call refund my money (Total R332.73).
