Goods in hand luggage

Before boarding flight SAA 0062 the 10 hours flight to Lusaka, Zambia we were told to the plane was too full and therefore the hand luggage had to be placed under the belt. I insisted that the I had fragile goods but was told it could not go on board. Upon arrival I discovered that 2 of my watches were stollen worth 4000 rand each. If this report could reach the respective offices in good time the can be caught
