I paid last night 65.00 for parts they cant let me know when are they goining too send my parts or tracking number. I am realy over all not happy with Hydro compact vacuum cleaner its realy not the money worth you pay for it Please make sure when you buy it it is waste of money. And if you called the call centre A guy answer and said leave a message they will get back too you
