Today our power was put out because of the house on the same unit didn't pay there account, that's not my problem. 2 Men was waiting by the door while I speak on the phone I tolled them I will be there in a moment to open. when they scream at me that they don't have time they have a lot of work, I dropped the phone and go to the door where they just ask if the power are off and I confirmed. I asked them some questions about the output and they tell me I must go to the municipality. I then ask them but I have a "pay as you go" power box, I pay for my electricity before I use it! They just turn there back on me and walk away! I feel it was very unfair to treat me like that I'm not the guilty party.
