UNCOMPLETED JOB AFTER PAYMENT MADE

My garage doors and motor were installed by Coroma Doors about 3 years ago. During power interruptions, the motor never worked, and I assumed that there was no battery back-up. I called them about 10 days ago and arranged for them to fit the back-up, which they duly did last week, and I paid them in full. About 3 days later we had a power failure, the door opened, but immediately lost power thereafter. I contacted them, and they informed me that a particular part was not working, and had to be replaced, which they promised to do on Monday 2nd December.
Needless to say I am still waiting them to turn up despite phone calls, an email and phone calls. Early this morning (4:15 am), another power cut - I tried the remote and the door opened about cm. Fortunately I managed to squeeze under to manually open the door and release my car. At 70 years of age, I shouldn't be doing this sort of thing, after paying in full. I am highly disappointed in their service, the fact that they took my money knowing that the job was incomplete. Question - is this?
