Rapid Business Registrations
Just confused!!!

I am a very frustrated client not knowing what to do, I have asked the company to assist me registering a company, which they did after calling them endlessly, upon receiving the documents an amendment had to be done, I was asked to pay the amendment fee, which I did, the documents were received after waiting for almost a month but with the same mistake that was to be amended, every time I call to enquire I am referred to the lady called Sibongile, which I never spoke to, either she is not in the office nor she not taking calls, I called few days ago and I was informed that they could not go to SARS as the car was broken (this is the most lame excuse I ever heard), even today I really have no idea what's happening with my application, I've never come across such bad service in my entire life, I regret ever making business with this company... can somebody assist me please as I need to carry on with my life...
