Deduction of debit order illegally

I heard my phone beep this morning, i checked and there was a debit order deduction from the company called OCEANASA, i never heard of the company, i tried google to see what the company is all about, its not on google, i reversed the debit, but i would like to know more about this company and why does it debit my account without any authorisation.
