UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

How is it possible that a company can debit your account without authorisation?? A debit order of R299.00 went off my account on 25th Oct from this company and I have NO IDEA what it's for or WHO this company is!!!

Is this a new??? Or is this how companies make money these days???

Please refund my money IMMEDIATELY!!! 1
