I am shocked in the lack of service Barloworld GM Centurion have. Even after speaking to the service manager, still no service. On the 3rd May I took my vehicle in for a service, my radio was removed due to a fault. That afternoon at 15:00 I phoned to find out when will my vehicle be done as it is taking extremely long for a little 1year service. I was told come in they are done. When I got there I had to WAIT another hour for them to finish. I was informed the radio will take a week to be returned&they will contact me.By Monday the 20th, I phoned the branch to find out what is going on, Kate was not avalible. I left a message, later after not getting a call back I phone again. She was once again not avalible&requested to speak to the service manager. He was not really of help either&said he will find out&HE will call me back. Not of any surprice he did not call me back&Kate phoned later. She told me the radio is done&the driver will be collecting it on Tuesday, she will call me&arrange for it to be reinstalled. ONCE AGAIN no one called, when I called to today I had to hear she is busy&the branch is short staffed. She did not get time to call me. Is that how Barloworld GM treat clients?
