Terrible Treatment!!!

Apon the owner not answering phone calls to get directions to her premises, my husband and I got lost in peak hour traffic, with our 2year old in the car as well as our St Bernard that we were going to leave at the Kennel for a week while we were on vacation!
The owner then had a terrible attitude, shouted and screamed at my husband and I amade a huge scene because we were late to drop our dog off, mean while we were hopelessly lost!!!

As I was trying to explain to her what the situation was, the owner herself said some really rude things to me (a person she has never met in her life!)!!!

As well as when we fetched our dog, he had lost a significant amount of weight and has 3 broken nails!
I'm truly disgusted and will never ever recommend their services!
