Rude and hostile attitude

I installed 8 Panel pool heating system this week and was told to not put it on for 24 hours. I did this but in the mean time the company asked for full payment which I made. I then put the system on 24 hours later and the pipes were leaking which were in perfect order before. My husband called the owner of the company, Trevor yesterday evening only to be told we should contact the installation manager. As the owner of the company I feel Trevor should call his installation manager and get him to visit or call us to sort out the problem. This morning I called Trevor to say I thought he as the owner should call his installation manager and he became extremely abusive with me. He accused me of shouting at him, which I was not, and he spoke to me in a derogatory way in a baby voice saying "aggg shame, would that make you happy if he called you, shame". I would not recommend that any woman speak with this man. He continued to shout at me, until I put the phone down. My husband called him back and was also shouted at but told that he wasn't shouting. Trevor then held the phone away and " showed" my husband what shouting is! All I want if for someone to come and check the problem
