Dog Beds cause major skin outbreak

Late last year I bought 5 dog beds from Rockets, 3 lge & 2 med. Later in the month we noticed that our dogs developed a terrible skin rash (looked similar 2 Psoriasis). It was the beginning of summer & we put it down 2 a flea issue & took our 2 dogs 2 our vet. He checked them 4 fleas but indicated that he didn't seem 2 find any indication that the outbreak was flea related, He gave them both an injection & meds & suggested we give them a dose of capstar along with the Practic that we had given them a week b4. The problem persisted & we returned with them 2 the vet as they were becoming paranoid with scratching & looked very upset & down. The vet once again treated them & suggested that we look back at what may have changed in their environment & eliminate it & see if that was the problem. We discovered it was due 2 dog beds we bought. I received a call from my stepmom 2 say that her dog had a skin outbreak. We suggested she remove the new dog bed & almost overnight the rash dissapeared. I sent an email 2 Carlene @ Rockets 09/01/13. She read it, but no reply. As she hasn't replied I feel that we should be compensated in full 4 beds & vet bills. (I offered 2 take beds back 4 tests).
