I have started as a rep for Justine a few months ago. A very good support was promised by me by my manager Annatjie du Plessis, which happens to be a nightmare, just no assistance at all. Annatjie was fully aware that I do not have transport in town and where I was working, but still every month she will ask how can she assist, every request to send your address she will deliver books, but to her it is a BIG problem to deliver a brochure to me. Although I am aware that she would deliver brochures not evern a block away from me. Why does she make promises when she can not deliver. I received my last order, all the products were opened in the box, I brought it under the attention of Annatjie as well as Justine, nobody took it upon themselves to assist me. I then sold the products, forfeiting my commission, even sold it at a lower cost than what I paid for it as my cust didn't want to wait for me. I must say the service I got from Annatjie was extremely poor. I got my kit (which I had to pay for) with NOTHING in, is this really the kind of service Justine is delivering?
