Pathetic service

Hi, I'm an agent for Justine and they service is pathetic after several complaints to the head office for incorrect delivery they still fail to deliver goods. I'm based in Ladysmith Kwa Zulu Natal and ths is the 3rd time they send my order to Ladybrand in Orange free state which is in the total opposite end of the world and a totally different province altogether. They never on time with delivery which results in my account going into arreas as the order instead of being re directed to Ladysmith Natal gets sent back to jhb. Its not the first time and this is totally unacceptable. Iv never experienced this with shzen or with avroy shlain. It makes my business look bad when it comes to Justine due to the fact I'm not delivering on time which leaves me with unsatisfied customers on several different occasions .. Avon justine service!!!
