BEWARE OF ZPC DRIVING SCHOOL (Ricardo)

This is the second person complaining about Ricardo and his driving school known as ZPC. I would just like to warn others to avoid this school as the instructor Ricardo pretends to have this deal where you pay 1500-2500 for a guaranteed pass at atlantis traffic department. He will gladly take your money very quickly and then feed you excuses as to why the guaranteed pass appointment has not been made yet. He changes his tune and would give you a date and then say another thing. This guy is a artist and I don't know how many other people have been conned by this guy but I would just like to warn everyone that would so badly like to get their licences and would even pay for it that it's not worth it if driving instructors are prepared to mess you over like this.
