Was handed over and the issue is still not sorted

I was selling avon justine products i ended up receiving calls saying that im owing an amount of R1385 where as i did not purchased anything after that i was handed over to dedts collectors i told them same story that i did not order anything and i asked them where did they deliver all these products they said to KwaMashu suprisingly i have never stayed at kaMashu and nobody from Avon contacted me regarding this order before the delivery beacuse they do have my address on their system, i was told to send affidavit, my id copy, i also attached emails that i was sending to them but there was no response and now im blacklisted, i dont know what to do.

I am so irriteted
