Most Pathetic Customer Service Recieved

My fiancee and myself had purchased a voucher from Daddy's Deal for people for a massage, facial and foot treatment at the Spoil Yourself Hair and Beauty Centre in the Berea shopping Centre, I called to secure a booking for Saturday the 03/08/ and was given an appointment for 1pm. On the day, I called around 11am to confirm the appointment; the person who answered informed me that my appointment was moved to 2pm, this was without any one informing me. when I went in at 2pm I was then told that there were NO therapists there to give us our treatment and so we had wasted over R100 in fuel going to the centre and waiting an extra hour, I was utterly disappointed and angered, I then contacted the owner who just made excuses and was not even sympathetic. I also emailed her on the 5/08/13 (that Monday) an account of what had happened; to date, I have not received any recognition of my email or an apology for their unprofessionalism and my wasted time and fuel. I have even tried calling the owner who did not answer or return the call. I have never received such pathetic service before, it is certain customers are not valued in this business. worse customer service recieved by a supplie
