We transferred money into there account last night and it still hasn't reflected! I called this morning and transferred more money from credit card and that also hasn't reflected yet! When I phone and ask them to please sort it out ASAP, the one consultant tries to get angry and verbal with me. Shouting and what not. Very bad customer relations and service. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid using them. There are many other prepaid meter suppliers out there that work much more efficiently and with a great deal of customer care and satisfaction!!
