Poor Service and loss of money

I have a prepaid Electrical meter in which you input vouchers for Electricity.

After paying for the vouchers, the vouchers do not work. Now they say I loss my money because their vouchers do not work. How does this work??? Incompetent, rude argumentation and not willing to assist or give me new vouchers.

Try phoning them, will take the whole day.
