Eing trying to get a CARD since January

My Mother has been trying to get her post office replacement card so she could withdraw money since January this year without any lack in all Katlehong post offices (Mnisi & Khumalo branch), when ever she goes she gets told that they don't have cards, when she went to Mnisi branch she was told to go home & check when did she open her account, then she went to the Khumalo branch where she was told yesterday that they don't have a copy machine she must go herself to make a copy & get it certified & was handed a form to take it home to fill.she is even thinking of going to the germiston branch because is in town & maybe would get a better service there. If someone could address the poor services being received in township branches & their forever off line stories would really appreciated it & mostly help my Mother with her card I feel 5 month is way too long to struggle with a card as a customer should be able to get a replacement card within a day.
