Rude Response and no follow up to messages sent

On the 30 April I had an appointment with Louiie for 12:30. He was not available. I sent him a BBM asking about my appointment and said I was not impressed he was not available.
Louiie is not the only one whose time is precious. He's response to me was "you are such a drama queen, would you like to be refunded? I'll do it anytime should you be NOT impressed!!! '
My response "What a sarcastic reply to a client You obviously have no interpersonal skills and should not be dealing with the public. All I asked was for you to confirm my next week's appointment"
He's response was that he's services would no longer be available to me as I thought he had no interpersonal skills.. I even apologized to him, as he certainly has a winning formula (as he requested I do He never got back to me whether he accepted my apology or not. I subsequently asked him to send me my weight and cm loss so I could keep track on my own of my progress. This was a week ago and till today no response from him. It is unfortunate he has the monopoly to PROSLIM as it definitely works but beware one and all Louiie will never apologize. He is never in the wrong and he is rude. He needs to mature, grow up
