I have logged numerous references regarding my account where it seems I am not being billed. I have resorted to paying amounts to this account as i do not want to get a heart attack when a bill does come. As far as i am concerned I have taken all steps available to notify Eskom of this problem. I have visited your offices and called your call centre, all of which amount to nothing. I am now receiving a statement that shows usage amounting to R62! Below are the last recent references logged with yourselves and each time I get a promise that a technician will come out but nothing ever happens, not even calls advising of what is going on:

I look forward to a non-response again from you. I can't understand how a willing payer like myself is being ignored and then Eskom has the audacity to keep raising tariffs to acquire funds where clearly problems in recovering funds from account holders. How many other users like myself are struggling to get a proper statement?
