Treatment By Eskom

I am very disgusted and angry at Eskom employee who cut the phone upon realising I cant speak Sepedi and I am a foreigner. His name is Mathew from Eskom in Lebowakgomo branch. I gave him proper directions to my mother's house, but he was rude and finally cut the phone on me. I am wondering if this kind of service by Eskom employees if left unchecked by their managers will spiral into a disaster. Please Eskom you should fire such kind of people who think they own this company as they are tainting good work done by rest of Eskom employees.
