Non Excisting service!!!

I bought stock at the Christmas SARCDA for a client - after full payment, they promised me delivery, and I even have a email from Shameema Tape from their account apartment on the 23rd of November 2012 saying that they ar dispatching that day!!! after a number of phonecalls - to Mike Whalley 0823597470 (who was my sales person) and Gideon Gerber (0765680868) apparantly the new owner and empty promisess if you do manage to get hold of them, I still havn't recieved stock or a refund. Shameema Tape (number on invoice: 0785414926 aparently doesn't work for them any more, but still answers the number!!! this one is going to be a pleasure to take to my lawyers!!! I believe in good service and can't stand this kind of unprofessional!!! please be warned - BAVATI is exibiting at a lot of trade and outdoor shows!!!
