My name in Gerschwyn Arendse, I purchased a shower unti from Dolphin Sanware on 1 Oct 2012 costing R10000, this included delivery and installation. The unit came with a 1 yr guarantee on fitment.

Th complete unit was assembled at my flat, since 25 Feb 2013, I contacted the company and spoke to Tracy and Shobana, 6 times as I have issues with my units lights flickering and not working as it should. They sent a guy to do the repair instead we were accused of damaging the unit and couldn't repair the unti as he didn't have fittings. The company was awaiting stock from overseas to arrive in Apr 2013.
I contacted Tracy and asked her to come on site to assess the unit & which she promised, to date no visit was done.

I spoke to Shobana on 17 Apr, she said their stock would be ready 1 May, to date no repair has been actioned, further to this I was told that my guarantee won't be extended as I'm not paying for the repair, it is my opinion that I am entitled to an extention as Dolphin Sanware never fulfilled their obligation. I have also had to replace my hand shower as they fitted infer fittings.
