Hi,

It seems your company has gotten hold of my cell phone number and have since subscribed me to a service that charges me R20 a day to my cell phone account. This is illegal in South Africa and I have already logged a complaint against your company in this regard. I did not reply "yes" to any sms or authorise the use of my private information. The reason for this complaint on this forum is because you do not answer your customer service line. I would like you to respond with information on where you got my number and proof of the authorisation given to you to debit my account. I will take this further and if I am not satisfied with your response I will not hesitate to persue legal advice against your illegal and unethical business practises.

I expect a refund of the money you have already deducted.
