STUCK AT JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I am expecting a parcel from China with tracking code (EE826809168CN) which, as i can see is at with you since 7 April, currently has a status of; In Transit. Can you please help or advise me on how am i going to get my parcel and what am i supposed to do in order to receive it. and also give me an email address where i can get hold of you in case i want some thing. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
