Really disgusted

While browsing in the store, The staff had a chat and one screaming for another from one end to the other end of the store. I eventually picked something a made my way towards a pay point. Portia Sithole came to assist me. When the transaction was complete, She handed me 2 receipts and i said to her i dont want the promo receipt, I took the transaction receipt. She then said i shouldnt tell her i dont want it, i must ask her to please throw it away. When i asked for her name as she didnt have a name tag, She said i can report her or do as i wish. As i walked away she raised her voice asking if i want her employee number for that matter. In front of her colleague and customers. What happened to customer service Foschini. is there any wrong saying when i say i dont want something. I pay her salary and she still wants me to beg her to throw a paper away. I really demand a written apology from her and ask that someone please speak to her. Probably shes not targeted on her performance and that is why she doesnt care whether a customer is secured to come back for future purchases. I was humiliated and im disgusted.
