Very Efficient and Great Attitude

I am an attorney, who is dealing with Korbitec due to the fact that they are the vendors for Ghostconvey, a software package that we use for our conveyancing.
We have been using the software since 18 April 2013 and as with new programmes, had to contact them quite often since then as its very different from previous software. Each time we contact them the person that we deal with is efficient and really helpful. No question is a stupid question. They are just always friendly, (its if I can see the smile on their face). This is not something that you experience often nowadays. I have to compliment them on their service.
