So, 2011 geyser burst. SA Homeloans send out the original plumbers who checks the serial nr and decides that it is under manufacturers Guarantee... At 14hoo in the afternoon i get a call from Kwikot, telling me that i will be without a geyser untill tomorrow 09/05/2013 because they will only then be able to come and replace the substandard geyser they supplied in the first place. So i try to explain to this woman that i have a six month old baby at home, and they have this attitude that it is not their problem and this will only be sorted tomorrow. To top all of this, SA Homeloans have the same attitude, not our problem, this is a manufacturers issue... WHERE DID THE SERVICE IS THIS COUNTRY GO TO??
